There are many ways to earn points, including making a purchase or completing an action on the rewards page above! Here’s some commonly asked questions on these actions:

Earn points for every purchase (excluding taxes & shipping):

• Cloud Kingdom earns 1 point for every $1 Spent
• Star Kingdom earns 1.25 point for every $1 Spent
• Moon Kingdom earns 1.5 point for every $1 Spent

Birthday Reward:

• Enter your birth date and receive 15 points on your birthday! If you enter the wrong date on accident, please reach out to us  with your account email and correct birth date and we can fix it for you.

Leave A Review:

• Once you receive your order, Verified Buyers will receive an Automated Review Request via email or SMS. From here, you can leave a review and earn your points! 

Make 3 Purchases:

• Make 3 purchases of $65+ each to receive 200 points! All 3 purchases must be made under the same account and within 1 year of your first purchase.

All EM customers are automatically opted into our Loyalty program and are able to earn points, enter tiers, and redeem rewards. This means that if you placed an order using the same email associated with your new account, you have already accrued points for all your purchases made in 2022! Once you’ve signed up, you can view your total point breakdown on the Rewards History button on the Rewards page above.

Orders placed on third-party channels such as Amazon, Tik Tok Shop, Facebook, and Instagram, are not eligible for loyalty points.

Points will expire after 1 year they are earned.

Once you are in Cloud Kingdom, Star Kingdom, Moon Kingdom, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it. You can move up a tier at any time if you have reached the purchase requirement for that tier. If you have not continued to meet the purchase requirement 1 year after you’ve moved up, you will be moved down.

Happy Birthday! To receive your birthday bonus on your birthday, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday. If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30 day waiting period afterwards, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration.

Yes, you can get cash-off and redeem a free product using your points within the same order. However, only one discount code for cash-off can be applied at a time.
